SUN THROTTLE HUSKERS
The Okanagan Sun crushed the Valley Huskers 78-11 in their home opener, with quarterback Marcus Christos throwing three touchdowns and running for two more in the first half alone. The Sun defense forced four interceptions, and the team scored 11 touchdowns on the night.

OKANAGAN SUN SUFFER FIRST REGULAR SEASON LOSS IN ALMOST THREE YEARS IN LANGLEY
The Okanagan Sun suffered their first BCFC regular-season loss in nearly three years, falling 32-25 to the Langley Rams. Rams quarterback Darryl Overstreet Jr. accounted for 409 total yards and four touchdowns, while Sun quarterback Liam Kroeger left the game with an ankle injury in the fourth quarter.

Okanagan Sun punter/kicker Grady Hay has been named Special Teams Player of the Week in the British Columbia Football Conference. He averaged over 40 yards per punt, hit his only field goal attempt, and was perfect on six convert attempts.
